AV FURNITURE TRIO BOOSTS OPTIMUM’S PRECISION
Optimum International has added a trio of bold and stylish
stands to its latest range of AV furniture.
Launched to mark the company’s tenth anniversary, Optimum’s
Precision range is a brand new addition to its product portfolio. The contemporary design combines glass,
honeycomb wood and a satin black finish to complement the styling of the latest
AV equipment.
Three new shelving units have now been introduced to bolster
the Precision range, which already features Optimum’s first ever collection of
cabinet style stands. The new Precision
shelving units have a simple, confident design and are aimed at budget
conscious consumers. Prices start from
£129.
Precision shelving units are available in three width sizes,
providing a perfect platform for LCD and plasma TV screens from 26 to 42
inches. Each model has a single
toughened glass shelf for AV components, such as DVD players, digital receivers
and games consoles.
The Precision shelving unit also features a 10mm toughened
glass top sheet. Cable management access
is provided above the shelf at the rear of the unit. Precision shelving units are modular and
simple to assemble.Optimum’s Managing Director John Ogden says: “The Precision
shelving range features bold and stylish entry level models aimed at consumers
who want something a bit different. The
launch of Precision forms part of Optimum’s move towards offering a wider,
alternative choice of specialist AV furniture.”
He adds: “There is potential variance in the AV furniture
market and Optimum is already geared up to lead this change. The Precision range offers consumers an
alternative choice from today’s crop of metal and glass designs.”
The Precision shelving unit is available in three
sizes. The P700 model
(d450mm/h410mm/w700mm) is designed to accommodate LCD and plasma screens up to
32 inches and has a RRP of £129.
